Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa Puerto De Mogan, Puerto De Mogan

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were located in a quieter part of the complex, but unfortunately, they needed updating and were close to a noisy security gate. However, the service was top-notch, and the location was picturesque despite some areas needing maintenance.

The hotel was a peaceful haven with fabulous rooms but had issues with ants and cockroaches, especially on the ground floor. Upgrade to a superior room for a much nicer experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable despite some room concerns. The location was fantastic, surrounded by well-maintained gardens, although the weather could be unpredictable. The dining experience offered a good variety, including freshly cooked eggs, and organic Quebec cheeses. Overall, a mixed experience with room quality but excellent service and location.

The hotel had a classic Spanish ambience from the 1960s-70s, but overall, it felt dark and gloomy. The rooms, after a few nights, seemed tired and resembled a cheap apartment. They were not the cleanest, which was a downside. However, the beautiful surroundings and the helpful porters made the stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I even booked a suite again for September due to the lovely, clean rooms and peaceful balcony with great amenities. Despite some outdated policies that puzzled me, the room cleanliness and tranquility were top-notch.

The hotel is like a cheap rental apartment near the port with free-to-use showers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service here is truly outstanding, from reception to lifeguards, everybody goes out of their way to make you feel at ease. The location in Puerto de Mogan in Gran Canaria is great, with extensive and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The dining experience offers a range of cuisines to suit every taste, hosted in a huge restaurant. The facilities are top-notch, making the stay enjoyable overall.
